« Situé au cœur du hameau de Grand Poujeaux et de la croupe homonyme, ce château bénéficie d’un beau terroir. Il en exprime la personnalité par ce vin au bouquet complexe (fruits mûrs, grillé, vanille et cacao) et à la solide structure. Sa chair et ses tanins soyeux invitent à le laisser trois ou quatre ans en cave pour mettre en valeur ensuite un aloyau ou une côte de bœuf grillés sur les sarments. »
